General: These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all orders placed with Memories Custom Printed Gifts (“we”, “us”, “our”) for custom-printed products and related services. By submitting an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these
Orders and Custom Artwork: The customer (“you”) is responsible for ensuring that all images, designs, and artwork submitted are accurate, high-quality, and suitable for printing. You must hold full rights, ownership, or permission to use any submitted images or artwork. By sending us such content, you confirm that it does not violate copyright, trademark, or any other intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to refuse any content that is unlawful, offensive, or inappropriate.
Image Storage: All images, artwork, and design files submitted to us will be stored on our system for a maximum of 6 months. After this period, all files will be permanently deleted from our system unless required for ongoing orders or otherwise agreed in writing.
Use of Customer Content for Marketing: We may contact you after completion of your order to request permission to use your submitted images, artwork, or final products for social media, marketing, or promotional purposes.We will never use your images publicly without your explicit written consent.
Pricing and Payment: All prices are listed in GBP (£) and may be subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed. Orders will not enter production until payment is received.
Production and Delivery: Production times may vary depending on order volume and product type. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, or factors outside our control.
Returns, Refunds, and Replacements: As our products are custom-made, returns and refunds are generally not available, except when required by law. If your item is defective or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange a replacement or appropriate remedy. We are not responsible for customer-provided errors such as low-resolution images, spelling mistakes, or incorrect order details.
Intellectual Property: All non-customer artwork, templates, product descriptions, and website content remain the property of Memories Custom Printed Gifts. You retain ownership of your submitted images and artwork. Our temporary storage of your files does not grant us any rights except those necessary to fulfil your order.
Privacy and Data Protection: We collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Personal information is used solely for order processing, communication, and service improvement.
Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the price paid for the specific order in question.
Amendments: We may update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
